Responsibilities:

- Build System Specifications based on functional requirements and write system/process design documents
- Configure and deploy the SAP system in test or/and production environment
- Prepare test scenarios, test data and execute test plans to eliminate defects
- Build training materials and train end-users of the implemented/supported system
- Analyze the incidents and problems, find the root case and identify possible solutions. Implement selected solution and document the process

Required Qualities, Skills and Experience:

- 2-5 years of experience with SAP System in Application Support or implementation roles preferably in Consulting or at a BPO
- Fluent command of English, English + German, English + French
- Experience working in a multi cultural environment
- Good knowledge of SAP system, preferably as an analyst working as part of customer project teams or service support teams
- Certification in FI , MM, SD or other SAP modules will be a plus
- Ability to work with client
- Analitical thinking
- Strong Domain Knowledge in Finance, Sales or Material Management
- Strong business communication skills
