We are software company, based in Warsaw, Poland; create web and mobile applications for clients all over the world, but mostly in US, UK, Australia and Germany.

Duties:
- Hiring IT candidates
- Take job and person specifications from managers
- Identify missing job roles and ensure all employees have a job description
- Ensure cost effective and efficient sourcing
- Source best candidates through searches on online job search engines, LinkedIn etc.
- Make sure the brand and culture is clear throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
- Familiarity with IT industry
- Experience with recruiting
- Strong organisational and time management
- Attention to details in all situations
- Ability to work under pressure towards deadlines and build relationship internally and externally
- Energetic and flexible with good teamwork attitude and able to work independently
- Great communication skills both oral and written
