Senior Java Cloud Engineer- – 11 000 – 16 000 PLN – contract of employment

Place: Kraków/Katowice

Profile
• Job experience (5 years or more) in the Java ecosystem and cloud technology
• Experience in implementing and running RESTful Web-Services
• Hands-on experience in CI with Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, Unit- and Integration-Testing and Design
• Patterns
• Experiences in using Amazon Web Services and container technology
• Fundamental understanding of scalable and distributed systems
• Basic knowledge of “Infrastructure as Code”, tiered architecture and system design principles
• Experience in MySQL and SQL
• Fluent German or good English language skills

Responsibilities
• Design, specify and develop RESTful APIs for the Recommender System in our DevOps Team
• Continuous Development and Deployment of our Java based SaaS Recommender
• Deploy, run, monitor and maintain production workloads in the cloud
• Scouting new technologies to improve and thrive our cloud infrastructure
• Development of Recommendation and Search plugins for e-commerce shops
