Job specification:
• Provide Planning, Designing, Implementation, Operation and Optimization services to Advanced Services Customers around Mobile Wireless Solutions
• Provide Planning, Designing, Implementation, Operation and Optimization assistance to Advanced Services Customers around Unified Contact Center solutions
• Participates in Contact Center design/implementation and migration, or problem resolution projects
• Provides technical support for customers during software and hardware upgrades
• Delivers migration plans, with a thorough understanding on networked applications and related dependencies
Requirements:
• Candidate must understand the principles of end-to-end system architecture and design principles.
• Good Knowledge of Contact Center technology
• Deployment (planning, design & implementation) of Contact Center Solution with Cisco or competitor (Avaya, Aspect, genesis) product suite
• Excellent Knowledge in the following areas: Call Control, Multimedia Contact Centres, Call Scripts, and IVR Scripts
• Good understanding of IP Telephony protocols like SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, RTCP, VXML, and different Codecs
• Good documentation skills, customer interfacing skills
• Consulting skills
Good to have:
• Knowledge of Cisco Product Suite – Call Manager (CUCM), Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Voice Gateways
• Knowledge in at any 2 of the following add on components CUPS,IPIVR, CIM, Social Miner, CUIC, Finesse, Gateways, Gatekeepers, CUSP
• Experience in ICM Scripting, IVR/CVP Scripts
• Knowledge of Java or .Net programming language
