Job specification:
• Incident, Escalation and Communication Management
• Management of incidents, associated communication and any appropriate escalations
• Providing incident analysis information and KPIs
• Supporting Desk incident Logging System
• Implementation of improvements to the Support Desk incident logging system to provide as effective and efficient service as possible to the partners
Requirements:
• Experience in IT Service Management in an on-line environment
• Knowledge of Service Delivery and Service Operations (along with ITIL)
• Practical knowledge of ITIL environments
• Excellent communication skills
• People management skills
• Excellent team motivation skills
